P.O.F.P Crossfit

  This class utilizes a variety of functional movements performed at high intensity. The class is scaled to all levels of fitness performing weight lifting, gymnastics, cardio, core strengthening, and much more!!!


Functional Fitness

Metabolic conditioning with an emphasis on strengthening the squat, hinge, lunge, and push-pull patterns. 


Legends

This class utilizes a variety of functional movements performed at varying levels of intensity to accommodate our beginner and aging athletes that may or may not have comorbidities like Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, Osteoarthritis, Total Joint replacement, etc.  The class scales more complex movements down to basic functional lifts that focus on longevity and maintaining functional independence.


Sports Performance **Coming Soon**

Emphasis will be on strength, conditioning, speed, and agility. We will focus on creating powerful, explosive athletes utilizing weight training, bodyweight movements, and plyometrics. Athletes of all ages, levels, and sports are sure to benefit from our individualized and custom programming.
