Let’s start P.O.F.P. CrossFIt off with a community event!!!
On behalf of Penn-Ohio Fitness and Performance, Larry and Josh would like to invite you to join us on 5-28-16 @ 7 AM to complete the Memorial “MURPH” Challenge. All members, family, and friends are welcome to attend.

The event will consist of:
1 mile run
100 Pull-Ups
200 Push-Ups
300 Air Squats
1 mile run
*Pull-Ups, Push-Ups, Air Squats can be performed in groups (ie. 5 Pull, 10 push, 15 squats)
* 1/2 Murph is an option too ( .5 mile run, 50 push, 100 pull, 150 squats, .5 mile run)
Event Only = $10/person
Event + T-Shirt = $30/person
